By accessing or using FateVine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FateVine provides AI-assisted entertainment readings including tarot, birth chart analysis, face & palm reading, personality tests, and compatibility matching. Charts and draws are calculated in code and explained by AI; chat and image-based readings use AI directly. All readings are for entertainment purposes only.
FateVine is an entertainment service. Our readings are not professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on our readings. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
When the Patreon offer is shown on FateVine's Pricing or Account & Services page, the only new FateVine membership is monthly FateVine Plus. Its standard price is US$9.99 per month before any tax or currency conversion shown by Patreon. An introductory discount may apply to an eligible member's first billing period only when it is displayed in Patreon's checkout. The membership renews automatically on Patreon until canceled there. Patreon controls the final checkout amount, billing date, supported payment methods, taxes, currency display, cancellation, and payment processing.
When that Patreon offer is not shown, no new FateVine membership is available. We do not sell a new annual subscription or standalone in-app credit pack. Previously purchased Creem memberships, activation keys, and credit balances remain serviceable under their original terms but are not new offers. A service linked on Fiverr is a separate order governed by Fiverr's checkout and does not add FateVine membership or credits.
After each successfully paid Patreon membership period, 60 deep-reading credits are added to the connected FateVine Plus account's existing balance. Credits already present and unused credits are retained and can accumulate across paid periods; a monthly payment does not replace or reduce the existing balance. While the membership is active, if the balance is below 60, up to 8 deep-reading credits are restored each day, and the daily restore cannot raise the balance above 60. No daily credits are added while the balance is already 60 or higher. Credits are limited, non-transferable usage allowances with no cash value; they are not stored value, a gift card, or a guarantee of any particular result. A refund, reversal, fraud decision, or chargeback may cause related access or unused credits to be revoked. Running out of credits does not itself cancel an active membership, and accumulated credits do not extend Plus-only access after the membership ends.
You retain ownership of content you provide (photos, birth details, questions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing readings. We do not sell your personal data.
Photos uploaded for face or palm readings are transmitted for real-time processing by the selected AI service. FateVine does not intentionally add the raw uploaded photo to your saved reading history or application database; it stores the generated result and limited technical metadata. Third-party AI providers process the image under their own service terms and retention controls. Do not upload a photo of another person without their informed consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) resell or redistribute readings without permission.
All content, design, and technology of FateVine are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share your individual reading results but may not reproduce the Service itself.
FateVine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
