Email support@fatevine.com. Include the email address used for FateVine, a Patreon transaction or membership reference when relevant, and a description of what happened. We review support requests, but we cannot promise a specific response time or outcome.

Patreon billing, refunds, and cancellation

Manage or cancel a Patreon membership in your Patreon membership settings. For a Patreon charge or refund request, use Patreon Billing History and its Request refund flow when available. Contact FateVine support when a successful payment or connected membership did not deliver the expected FateVine access. Disconnecting Patreon from FateVine does not cancel Patreon billing.

Protect sensitive information

FateVine support will never ask for your password, one-time sign-in code, full payment card details, OAuth or API secret, or identity, KYC, tax, payout, or banking documents. Submit identity and payout verification only through Patreon or its designated payout provider. Do not email those materials to FateVine.
